Description

We've transformed these vintage Victorian-era stoneware bottles and jars into timeless table lamps, complete with brass fittings and linen cable flex.

These little antique jars once housed liquids such as vinegar, while the jars held preserves and other delicacies. Notable glaze and crackles along with slight imperfections show their age and history.

This little stoneware lamp would look perfect at home on a bedside table, in a living room, office or even in the kitchen.

Please note | due to the nature of this item, there are signs of imperfection. However, we have chosen the best quality pieces with no cracks or chips.

Flex | leave a note in the comments at checkout or email us with your preferred flex colour - light grey, black or oatmeal.

  • lampshade not included
  • salvaged Victorian stoneware jar
  • flex: 2.5 metres of fabric braided linen flex with a black plug

Packaging & delivery

Packaging

It means a lot to us to keep our footprint as minimal as possible when sending your parcels at Object Story.

Our cardboard boxes, paper packing tape, tissue paper, paper bubble wrap, postcard and invoice can all go into your cardboard and paper recycling.

The white packing nuts we use are made from potato starch and can go in your home compost bin, or you can wash them down the sink with warm water. They're quite fun for children to get creative with, too!

Our twine is made from hemp or cotton and can also go in your home compost, or even better, be reused.

Thank you for taking care of our packaging responsibly, in support of people and our planet.

Delivery

We have two postage options:

£3.50 for a second class option

£4.50 for a faster shipping option

We use Royal Mail and DPD depending on the size and value of your items. We always use a tracked service so you can see when your parcel will arrive with you.

Please note, we aim to get parcels dispatched within three working days, but at busy times such as during sale or at Christmas, it can take us longer.
