A set of two hand-dipped beeswax candles connected by their wick. Beeswax gives the candles their characteristically natural colour and a subtle sweet scent.
Delicately thin tapered candle perfect for supper with friends. Simply melt a little wax to seal the candle into a small pot.
- set of two candles joined at the wick
- hand-dipped in Cumbria
- 24cm x 1cm at the base
- mostly the wax is sourced from the UK, occasionally it may be sourced from Africa and so may have a darker hue to the honey colour - it will still smell gorgeously sweet.
- the range image shows (l to r) tapered dinner, thin tapered, stubby, tree, stumpie
Moorlands
Moorlands candles have been making hand-dipped candles since the 1980s, originally dipping their candles in old oil drums. Ted and his small team have moved on from oil drums, but continue to use traditional hand-dipping techniques in their workshop in Cumbria.Journal
