Organic hot chocolate made in a micro-factory in Cardiff using the finest quality ingredients.

Directions | warm a splash of milk in a pan, add 35g & stir to create a silky ganache. Add 180ml milk and a swig of double cream if you're feeling fancy. Bring up to your desired temperature slowly, don't boil! Pour into your favourite mug & enjoy!

Heist Chocolate

Heist is a tiny independent chocolate maker based in Cardiff, Wales which specialises in micro-batches of stone ground chocolate using single-origin, organic cocoa beans.

Each bar has been sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground, tempered, wrapped, stamped and stitched on-site by Heist's one-man tea, Mikey.
